Since 2004, Lamar has successfully held several roles in commercial real estate, representing tenants, landlords, and investors in the leasing, asset management, acquisition, and disposition of their real estate holdings.  He is the founder and managing principal of Sett Properties, a brokerage and investment firm representing private companies, institutions, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office, industrial and multi-family real estate.  He has also served brokerage, asset management, and capital markets roles with Lee & Associates, Tishman Speyer Properties, Riverview Realty Partners, and Cushman & Wakefield.  To date, Lamar has collaborated on more than $2.8 billion of capital transactions totaling more than 6.5 million square feet. Lamar received a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wisconsin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences in Ithaca, NY.
