TRANSWESTERN ROLE Katie Hopp has successfully transitioned from managing one of Minneapolis’ largest downtown assets to leading strategic brokerage initiatives as Vice President at Transwestern. Drawing on her extensive experience in property operations and financial management, Katie now focuses on delivering exceptional results for clients through leasing and sales strategies. In her previous role as General Manager, Katie oversaw all aspects of a one-million-square-foot property, managing operational and capital budgets, cultivating tenant and vendor relationships, and working closely alongside the client through leasing transactions. This operational expertise gives her a unique perspective in brokerage—allowing her to anticipate client needs and negotiate solutions that maximize value. Today, Katie leverages her strong background in finance, communications, and real estate to guide clients through complex transactions.
