Jim Vandervelde is a trusted real estate expert for the southwest metro with a specialty in residential RE and emerging interest and experience in commercial, so far retail leasing and mult-unit apartment buildings. In addition to his strong real estate background and record of success, Jim earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, was awarded the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, and is an active member of the Exceptional Properties division of Edina Realty, the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR) and the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC).
