While majoring in Finance at the Carlson School of Management, Niel established his presence in Minneapolis by co-founding a community marketplace app named Buncha. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Niel entered the commercial real estate industry to build a portfolio of properties and help local investors do the same . Niel joined Obsidian Group to surround himself with real estate professionals that understand how to find, analyze, and acquire properties. With Minnesota as his home base of operations, Niel hopes to bond with individuals in the community to reach financial freedom together.
