Kim has over 20 years of property management experience in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maryland, and Arizona markets. She has held numerous leadership positions in property and construction management, maintenance and facility services, sales and marketing, and human resource management. Kim has worked with a variety of property classifications including retail, industrial, general commercial, market rate, and affordable multi-family and senior living communities. With a strong focus on financial results, process improvements, customer service, vendor relations, and project management, Kim excels in problem solving, relationship building, effective communication, and teamwork. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business management from Metro State University, Kim found the field of property management to be extremely rewarding and something she wanted to be a part of. She is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota and holds her license with RIC Properties, a full-service real estate and property management firm in the northern metro. Kim also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Family Pathways, a local non-profit organization working alongside people to enhance lives through a continuum of essential services. Kim is honored to work with an organization committed to helping those in our community with food access and equity, domestic and sexual violence services, aging services, thrift stores, and many more person-centered services.
