Gaughan Companies was founded in 1969 by Timothy’s father and has since grown into a trusted name in Minnesota commercial real estate. Building on that legacy, Timothy works to excel the brokerage and deliver value to sellers, buyers, tenants, landlords, and municipalities. He regularly partners with city officials, economic development authorities, and local stakeholders to bring projects forward that create long-term value for communities. Timothy focuses his efforts primarily in the Twin Cities northeast and southeast metro, as well as western Wisconsin, with a current emphasis on industrial space, retail, and multifamily. He attended the University of St. Thomas, where he earned a B.S. in Real Estate Studies and a B.A. in Business Administration–Entrepreneurship. His commitment is to align client goals with community growth through strategic insight and strong market knowledge.
