Event Description
During the last legislative session, Minnesota passed a new state-wide Energy Benchmarking Program that will likely impact every commercial real estate professional. The new laws require that large buildings submit annual energy usage information to the state, publicly display building efficiency information, and provide transparency in energy usage when large commercial, multifamily, and industrial building transactions occur.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1.0 hour for Real Estate continuing education.
