Brokers are often asked to support their client not only in acquiring their property, but also in working with contractors. But where to start? Minnesota is blessed with numerous high quality General Contractors. So how do you advise your client on selecting one, what are the options for contracting, and how do you get a good estimate on the cost of work? Using JE Dunn Construction’s expertise working with local brokers to build and renovate in the Twin Cities, JE Dunn’s Project Manager, Jeremiah Wrey, and Client Solutions Manager, Katya Pilling, will lead this CE course on best practices for adding value to your clients working with General Contractors.
