Cost
Featured Properties are available on a monthly basis. The cost is $250 per property, per month for MNCAR members and $500 per property, per month for non-members. Payment is required prior to properties being loaded onto MNCAR.org. Prepayment can be made for any number of months.

Please Note
Featured Property space is limited and made available on a first come, first serve basis. It is at MNCAR’s discretion whether a property graphic meets required graphic standards, and therefore whether or not a property may be used as a Featured Property.

Cancellation Policy
Featured Properties must be cancelled within 7 days prior to the start of a new month in order to receive a refund for prepaid months.
