Title: Overview of Brownfield Development in Minnesota

Speakers: Adam Zobel, Principal and Jason Gelling, Senior Associate at Stantec

As part of this course, we will discuss what defines a Brownfield, the importance of selecting an experienced consultant, performing a Phase I environmental assessment, and determining when Phase II and Response Action Plans are necessary. Other topics will include regulatory voluntary program enrollment, environmental assurances, remediation solutions, grant funding options, and a recent case study. We will provide plenty of time for Q&A.
