This presentation will cover essential topics for brokers, including an overview of BOMA standards and RU factor management to ensure accurate building measurements and space utilization for building tenants. It will also provide an introduction to BIM software, highlighting its benefits for property management. Additionally, the presentation will review common building code basics to help navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
