PRESENTATION BY: Matthew Anderson and Renee Von Berge with Stewart Title, MN Commercial Division

The general intent of the course is to provide education to CRE brokers on the overall review of a purchase agreement and the closing process. More specifically, to present material on the categories enumerated below, what to look for in a project, how to spot concerns, what they need to know and how they can provide value to their client through a stronger understanding of the drafting of the Purchase Agreement and getting the closing across the finish line smoothly.
